I don’t think that would work out to well. When I got my belly button pierced at 15 my mom had to sign papers and prove that she was my mom and if you got it the first time you talked they would notice you have it. Just wait for their approval or until you are 18 and can get it yourself.

If you want to pierce your tongue without your parents knowing that’ll be tough because it’ll hurt for a few days and you wont be able to eat only soft foods and you can’t take it off or the hole woul clothes and you don’t want that to happen but try getting it done when there going to be away for a while or sleep over a friends house for a while hope I helped

If your parents will not let you then you have no choice but to wait until you are 18.
