How can I lose weight in a healthy way?

k well i dont want to be skinny skinny i jest want to be skinny like 110 or sumthing thats not anarexic but if i try wat anorexic pple do then ill be able to loose the weight or there the adkins diet were u eat nothing but meat and water for three months but im not aloud and i cant loose the weight and when i ask for advice everyone jes yells at me and says im dum cuz im not fat but i am cuz im 13 and weigh like mor then 140 and it sucks

Hi,

I’m 13 and I know what you mean.

I weigh about 110, to 125.

I hate it!

I don’t eat a lot and exserice.

My face has gotten all the fat away,

my thighs are fine,

but my stomach is not so great.

Listen.

The more you think about loseing weight, the less chance that it’s going to happen. Example, when a couple want to have a baby, the women is always thinking about the baby, and if she thinks about it way to much, she ends up having no baby at all. And women who have S*x but don’t want to have a baby, always end up having a baby. Samething with losing weight. Don’t remind yourself. Exserice and eat healthy! Trust me you will notice that a lot of your friends, and family will tell you comments, such as, “ wow you lost weight how did you do that?”. I have gotten it before and still do. I still think im fat. But then again, I’m happy, at least I’m not so skinny and I don’t have to worry about things. And also we are still growing.

Jog, do sit ups walk. . . You look thin in the picture. . . remember Muscle weighs more than fat and will make you heavier than you look. . . . get involved in some sports. . . .

eat well… lay off junk food like chips, fries, burgers, pizza, soft drinks, and dougnuts… they just add fat and/or sugar.

eat a breakfast with protein and complex carbs. small snacks of not fatty things… balances lunches and dinners… no late night snacks.

walk… my wife walks 2 miles several times a week through a greenbelt path. she went from 140 to 122 fairly quickly.

outdoor exercise… at least 20 mins worth three times a week.

you will be surprised at how good you feel, how much energy you have, and flexible your body will be. you will feel prettier, too.
