I am not a pro designer, but before you put any other accessories, I would say you need a little bit wide belt (5 cms dark blue with silver stripes is prefferable) to cover the join between the skirt and the tanktop. I suggest that because I see that the upper part of the skirt a bit looks like usual shorts. So you need to cover it with belt. :)

a long dangly necklacethat is gold or brown in that color range– and a brown leatherish kinda looking wide belt to cover the top line of the skirt, and gladiator sandals– or if its winter stockings or leggings with a cute pair of boots
