Ab Work-outs

ok…so im goin on vacation in the summer and i want a tight and flat stomach…it’s not there yet, i have this small pouch below my belly button…neway wut i want to know is if there are any workouts i can do….i want something other than the typical crunch and situp. some exercises for my love handles would be helpful too…thanx :)

Try the bycicle exercise where you lay on the ground and hold your head up while you move your legs like you are on a bycicle. You can also try crunches on the ball. When you do sit ups raise your legs too and touch your opposite elbow to your opposite kneee whith your hands behind your head. That should work the love handle area.
