I don't know what to do my mom had a stroke a couple of months ago and the house we were staying in we had to move then we move in with my brother and his wife and since we been staying here she has been threating to put me and my mom out and she knows my mom paralyze and we don't have no where to go. I am in college and have been looking for a job for the longest in hopes to we can move do anyone what I can I should do because no one giving me good advice
Is your mom disabled as a result of the stroke? If so, maybe she could qualify for disability assistance from Social Security. The two of you might also qualify for subsidized housing.

Why does she want to kick you guys out? Have a talk with her and your brother. Tell her that you appreciate her allowing you and your mom to stay in their house. Tell her that you are looking for a job and want to get out as soon as you (and your mom) can, and to please give you some time.

Wow, your sister in law sounds like a real peice of work. Even if it is a job at McDonalds, you've just got to work your way up to being able to get out. A discussion with your brother about his wife's behaivior hasn't happened yet? Does he even know that she is saying these things? Communication is golden.
my brother does knows what she doing because she calls him at work and apologizes then she tries to with us and she does it over and over and it add more stress on mom it just seems like a no win situation
