A good diet
I need to stay on a diet and exersise rutine im 5’6 and weigh 160 wich is very over weight for me I really need help I feel awful if anyone knows a fast easy diet please let me know ill do anything not to feel this heavy and keep the weight off I want to weigh 120 how can I reach my goal? I dont go out much I have a lil insicurity people stay im dumb but I cant help it thats just the way I am a shut in but I dont want to be please help!!!
Fast and easy diet=unhealthy diets. You have to watch what you are doing. All most poeple have to do is learn how to eat healthier. I was just like you would loose some then it would come back. honestly I’ve been in food nutrition for 10 years from all the sports I do. The best diet is to drink a lot of water. Like 5 or 6 bottles a day. Eat a lot offeuit because it breaks down all the toxins in your body. Try to run a mile 4 times a week and I don’t know if you eat junk food but try to cut that out. I don’t mean like you can’t have it,I just mean limit yourself but just remember natural beauty is what counts on the inside. I promise if you follow my diet it will really help. you will loose about 8 to 10 pounds a week

How to LOSE weight?

“How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?”
One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.
But it’s not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.

Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.
