A brand new slimmer me

From the 18th july - 3rd september its our schools summer break so I want to use those 6ish weeks to loose weight and come back looking fantastic, anyone want to set me a diet and exercise plan or give me a link to a page where I can make one Ok im allergic to nuts and wont eat fish I have a low blood sugar condition not diabeties but I need to keep it up I have joint desease thingy (hyper mobility syndrome)

Thats about it so please help me

I have no idea but where do you live-your summer is SHORT! My summer vacation was june 10th-august 26th. do you guys have a long winter break or something?
