Does it keep you awake? Does it have any side effects?
I get off-brand ones from the Dollar Tree, and they work great for me. Caffeine doesn't have much of a kick for be (probably from all the coffee I drink). But the off-brand 5hr energy's I get work great. Takes about 15-20min for them to kick in, and you have to be moving around for them to really get you going, but I just have a constant want to get things done energy for about 4 to 6 hrs after that, then kinda slowly wined down. I have never seen any side affects from them for me.
I've started drinking it in the mornings before college and it wakes me up extremely well and keeps me awake for hours. I've only gotten side effects when taking it on an empty stomach but aside from them i've not had any :)
That stuff doesnt work for me cafine actually calms me down
