at todays standard its very slow.

doesnt matter how much you want to download but how quick you want it downloaded.

if all you do is surf the com then 20mb down is perfect.

if your a gamer on the other hand you might find the up a bit laggy and youll be poisoned with spikes during your games.

Yes it is very good speed.I am using this speed only.I have checked my uploading and downloading speed at http://www.scanmyspeed.com/ my uploading speed is 2Mbps and downloading speed is 17Mbps.
