try it for a month and look at your self again. do 15 min abs a day. Im pretty sure u will get some result. Do one kind of abs work out only and do a lot of em. (do not set a number limit but do until u cant do anymore and still trying to do em)

do some cardio with your ab work outs too. it’ll help ya show your abs but also slim your whole core down in general.

Remember to do cardio cause it will burn the fat around your abs you need to do at least 45-60 mins of good cardio to help you burn the fat cause no matter how much sit ups you do it won’t won’t show it you got fat around the muscles the ideal body fat percentage that would show abs would be 14% -17% so measure it
