For a stomach ache, I was always told to drink 1 cup of boiled water I don't know why but it works. I use it every time for stomach aches. Other things that work like listed above are saltines, apple juice, gingerale, coca-cola, or water. If you have an upset stomach like the flu DO NOT drink milk you will be sick for sure. For acid indigestion (from someone who has terrible acid reflux) I would try a glass of milk first if that doesn't help soothe it, you can try tums or rolaids if these or any other antacids don't work I suggest seeing a doctor
Saltines! They've helped me when I had the most horrible stomachaches ever! I think the salts absorb the acids in your tummy and help settle your stomach. They are sort of like little sponges that soak up all the bad stuff. They are also easy to digest.
Some vinegar (2 tablespoons) and than after that drink only half warm nd half cold water nd hopefully it will work because it has worked for me. Because I drink it everyday because I always get terrible stomach pains
It depends. If you have acid indigestion in the form of burning coming up then many OTC like Zantac or Pepcip ac will solve that.
