A cold shower (soak your head under the water for a few minutes and just relax). Then go sleep…

grab the spot in your hand inbetween your tumb and pointer finger and press down and rub it, you to busy thinking about whats going on there that you dont even realize your headaches gone!!

You could try a vitamin/supplement called butterburr. I’m told it helps with headaches and migranes. I havent tried it yet, but thats because I cant find it anywhere near me and dont feel like ordering it online. It’s completely natural. You could also fill a fabric bag with buckwheat and freeze it, then place it on the back of your neck, or your forehead.
