How is it possible that we were able to do this?

I have 2 sisters, one is my twin sister and the other is my 2 year older sister (she is 18 now). Me and my twin share a bed room, and on the other side of the hall is my parents room and the next door down from them is my oldersisters room. Well My mom woke up at about 3am to use the washroom (beside my room). On her way there she heard talking comeing from my room. So she came in to see why me and my sister were still up. But to her serprise we were asleep, but talking to eachother. She shrugged it off and walked out but standing in the middle of the hall, she heard my older sister talking too. Standing in between our 2 rooms, she could make out that all three of us, while sleeping, were having a conversation. How is that possible?

It could be a number of things… Sleep talking which I guess could be possible, ghosts, her hallucinating…

My sister and I do the same thing whenever we are asleep in the same room. We both are sleep talkers, and sometimes we have whole conversations. Since sleep talking can run in families, it doesn’t really surprise me that you all were talking together. I tried to do some research to find out how it’s possible to have a conversation, but I didn’t find anything. It might not be “normal” but, it does happen.
