The BMI scale is bullcrap!!! It's not an accurate measure of body fat. It was originally created in 1800's for dermatological studies to calculate Body surface area. The data used to create the scale was only from a small group of Europeans! Yes, Height and Weight dose somewhat correlate but this scale is overall inaccurate, outdated, and honestly should not be used or taken serially. It doesn't not take body frame into account. If you want a accurate reading of your body fat go to the doctor. You may suffer from a body image issue aswell.
to me weight isn't what you should be focusing on..alot of people can weigh alot on the scale..but their bodies can be beautiful and they might not even look like they weigh that much...but 129 for your height IS normal...BMI would be around 22.1 which is in the normal range...but try not to focus on it so much..if you like your body dont matter what the numbers say...
well I dunno what I call what is happening to me ,, but since forever I have been struggling with this issue .. I feel like I should be skinny or thinner .. although everyone around me say that I don't have to , I am okay with these 129 pounds ,, but I don't know -_-
No one can tell you that way. If your body is toned properly, you should not worry even if you are overweight. If your body growth is imbalanced, no matter how low your weight is, you should work it out.
Your weight is just fine, you are well within your BMI range. If you'd like to do something to make yourself feel better, eat healthier and workout.
Yess your good that is a healthy weight. But if you dont like your size its still a healthy weight if you like it or not.
According to this website http://funadvice.com/r/3nh43ha4iu, your BMI is between 18.5 & 24.9, which is normal.
I'm 5'1 & weigh a lot more than that...so it should be fine for you.
no, not at all, as long as you are healthy, that is all that matters
Just keep a balanced and healthy life style and you'll be fine :)
