Young love troubles

Im 13 and I have few questions about my own love issues right now.. I fell in love with by best friend and she found out she has a boyfriend and now its awkward to be around her..also shes always on my mind and I’ve liked a few girls only had one girlfriend and I feel like I’ve really fallen in love this has been going on for about 3 months lately im also depressed about it and I have recently discovered when im depressed I become abnoxious and I eat a lot of crap im gettin kinda fat …I also want to know if its impossible to be in true love at this age so please HELP!!!

u can be in love at any age and you shouldnt let this girl make you eat more and do this stuff to your body you need to look her in the eyes and tell her how you feel if you are already depressed then what do you have to loose? do sumthing about it and stop sitting on the coach acting liek a potatoe eating cae all the time if you truly love her like you say you do you wouldnt be able to stand being away from her and you wouldnt sleep and you wouldnt eat so go to her and tell her exactly how you feel what you love about her and im sure everything will be ok.
