So I’ve written a couple lyrics. I’m not really serious about poetry or song writing, but these kind of sprung to my mind on the way home. this is basically the chorus, should I try to write the rest or is it just horrendous? haha.

I bet those girls haven’t heard this song bet they don’t know how they’re so wrong gossip gets so mean in the hallway girls are screamin’ separate truth from lies I know it’s hard, sometimes they’re in disguise. forget what she said he made it up off the top ‘her head ohhh and in two weeks it’s not gunna matter

It sounds like it would make a pretty good song, but I wouldn’t classify it as poetry

I think it could work in today’s style of music
