Xbox 360 4 lights than turnt off

I got 4 red lights flashing on my xbox, than it just switched off auto. I only had it on for 2mins to put the dvd in and I couldnt find my cotnroler so I tried to connect my mum controler up to it and den got these 4 red lights and it switched of now wont turn back on wot can it be?

Its the Rrod… Only way to repair it is to call a microsoft repair center and send it in. Basically your xbox has had a hardware melt down.

I dont think the rrod is 4 flashing lights rrod is 3 but it might be something similar so you should send it back for free.

Yea the red ring of death is 3 red lights as long as ya dont get that ya should be able to fix the problem easily
