Why when I'm on the xbox360, I can't send a messege?
It’s not a family setting or anything like that. Ideas?
there’s a couple possible problems. tho the solution should be easy. #1, just restart the xbox. #2, you can hit the restart button on your wireless router (not the antenna on the xbox, the thing it goes to) or #3, test your xbox live connection by going to My Xbox, select System Settings and hit Test Connection. if these dont solve the problem, you can usually just wait it out. like 3 days. if it persists, call the support center. hope my answer helped =)
