What is wrong with my abs?

I guess this isn’t a really serious issue but I was looking at my reflection and I noticed that one side has more abs than the other? Does this usually happen? Is it supposed to be like this? It’s a bit weird so I was just wondering if there’s anyway I can even them out. Thanks in advance for all the help :)

Answer #1

Do more exersize on the lessened abs side? I think it’s pretty normal. I know someone who has the same problem. :)

Answer #2

just do side crunches on the lopsided side mabe that would work. if not ull just be lopsided for the rest of ur abs life…:)

Answer #3

I would If I knew which excercises to do :)

Answer #4

Answer #6

Answer #7

Answer #8

I think lots of teens do, I think I remember my doctor telling me it was because I was carrying something to heavy on my back or something similar? I guess it had to be my school bag lol.

Answer #9

I have scoliosis too :)) Epic.

Answer #10

Answer #11

lol I don’t mind X3 Connor, Cookie, Conny, Princess Conny Bear :P It’s all the same to me.

Answer #12

Haha, conny it is then :)

Answer #13

Answer #14

Or should I do cookie? Hmmm hard to choose now…

Answer #15

Euan calls me Cookie :P Skully calls me Princess Conny Bear, Conny Candy..and a lot more. My ex calls me Con Con, and there’s more but I can’t remember them right now. My brain is sort of dead : \

Answer #16

Awww :( maybe you should get some rest? That would help :)

Answer #17

Lol no, this is extremely early for me -.- it’s just cuz I’m depressed cuz I broke up with my boyfriend XD haha. Well I might be a little tired too, but I’m always tired so that doesn’t matter. I hardly notice tiredness now, it’s like, a permanent condition XP

Answer #18

Did you really need to break up with him? I mean, you couldn’t fix the relationship? Sorry if I’m asking to many questions :S

Answer #19

Nah, you aren’t :P I don’t really know…it was sort of like the song ‘Forever & Always’ by Taylor Swift. That song actually almost PERFECTLY describes what was happening haha. We just…I’m not sure. I still love him SOOOOO F*CKING MUCH. and I’m almost positive he still loves me too but like…we just weren’t clicking anymore I guess. And he changed and I changed and…I don’t know. It’s just…I don’t know really depressing because we had all these plans. We would always talk about like “Oh, when you and I buy a house blah blah blah” and it’s like O___O HOLY SH!T. That’ll never happen. You know?

Answer #20

What makes you think you don’t click? I mean, you both probably do feel the same way, maybe you need some small time apart, being around each other a lot wouldn’t be to good for you two. It’s like, weird in it’s own way, I would say you’re in some kind of denial. But you know, I don’t think anything is really lost here… Just buried. If you know what I mean, that is.

Answer #21

I never know what you mean :P Tiny brain, remember? Would you mind explaining about the denial thingy? X3

Answer #22

Well the denial is, you say you don’t click but you’re still loving him, it’s wierd to understand that, well for me at least so I guess I would call it denial. I’m just saying that you two could use some time apart, to realize how you feel about each other and if it’s worth pursuing what you both want as a couple. Get it now? :)

Answer #23

The most depressing thing just happened to me! :’( I got an alert that some chick with ‘foxy’ in her username answered a question :((((((( That’s what I called my ex! D’x

Answer #24

And yeah, I get it…but what if after the time apart he changes and he grows a beard or hates me after or smells weird or is mean!?! I don’t wanna risk it :(((

Answer #25

When it comes to being with someone, you make compromises, right? It’s all about valuing them and how they feel. Sure they might do things you wont like at times but that’s nothing you two can’t fix, if you want it fixed.

Answer #26

I do…I just..GAH. Everyone’s giving me different advice and I don’t know what to do and I don’t wanna look like an idiot and ask if he’ll take me back and stuff and this is sooo confusing and I just wanna go die in a hole. <:|

Answer #27

Mind if I go look at the advice others gave you? :)

Answer #28

lol it’s MSN conversations mostly. I’m not sure if there’s much on here D:

Answer #29

Ah well, I looked at what ty gave you, wise words, kinda summed up what I told you just now :) so Conny, do you feel that it’s worth it? Being with him, even if his beard might tickle you a bit… x)

Answer #30

Be really concious when you’re exercising…see if you in actuality, you’re using one side to do most the work.

Answer #31

It’s pretty normal for one side to be more developed than the other. My left bicep is bigger than the other because that arm is stronger in some odd way(I’m right-handed). I suggest just working on the lesser side doing more reps to even out the abs. Don’t worry if you don’t have symmetric muscles though, most don’t.

As for the scoliosis, a lot of teens do have it and I think it’s because they slouch in their chairs or carry heavy things too much incorrectly. My sister has scoliosis and surpisingly, I don’t. D;

Answer #32

I guess I do : /

Answer #33

you could try to even it out but dont worry too much about it, most people are a bit lopsided! Im sure you’re fine just the way you are!

Answer #34

Thanks Phrannie, I realized that I wasn’t really focused and I inclined more to one side than the other :)
