What is wrong with my HTML code (I just started)?

Are you using a template for this site?

You have that second body tag there, which I would guess is over writing the first one. You don’t need it there. All you need is at the end of your body section is (remove the spaces :P)

well i guess not even angle brackets show up on there :P.

But yah you should only have one open body tag at the start of your body section and a close one at the end.

Also as a tip I would get rid of the absolute address for the background image, as once you upload those to your web server everything will have to be changed.
I would use relatives paths. So if your webpage is stored in that WOTLKescapades folder you would only need to put /backgrounds/Homepage.jpg

Wait you would just need “backgrounds/Homepage.jpg” dont need the leading /
