wrkput wrriez :((( HELPZ NEEDED

Hey simple question how much should a 14 year old boy wrk out every week. What exercises should I do to build strong mucles. Any pec exercises. A.. Another question I do sit up lying on the ground with my feet up on my beed I pull my feelt up everytime I do a situp. Its kind of like a crunch but I use the bed to support my legs. Is rthis an affective ab wrkout. Is there anything better I can do. How many sets of pushups and situps should I do and how much should I be able to lift.

I am 14 as well. I skate and freerun which has helped me. My advice is to set manageable goals, the more you weigh in fat the slower you should go to prevent injury. If it helps you to measure up to someone here are my stats:

6 foot tall 168 pounds~74 kg I can bench press 60kg
