How do you write a will/funeral plans officially?

Answer #1

I am pretty sure you get your attorney to give you the actual legal documentation to start writing your will. You can get it done online (officially) at legalzoom.com. Attorneys usually charge by the hour. You should update it about every year so you can make sure it is still how you want it, because things can change like: death or birth of new heirs, life changes, financial situation. When you make a will make sure you look at the benefits and make sure your heirs can get the most out of it. Dying without a will would cause heirs to go to court in an expensive process to see who gets what. Source: CNN Money
