I'm 29 years old and I've been trying to get pregnant for the past year and half. Every time me and my fiance have sex he ejaculates inside but once were done everything comes out.
I've been told to put my feet up once he ejaculates for 15 to 20 minutes, but it doesn't seem to work.
What can you advice me to do?
Everything does not "come out" after sex. Yes, some of his ejaculate will leak from your vagina (where did you expect it to go), but his sperm should be still swimming up to try and reach and fertilize your eggs.
How long have you been trying? If it's been over a year - see a fertility doctor. It could be a problem with either you or with him.
Where you on birth control previous to this? The depo shot can take up to a year or longer after stopping it to concieve, and the pill can take several months as well.
If it's been less than a year - give it time. The more you stress - the less likely you are to concieve.
Also have you tried tracking when you are ovulating and making sure you have sex on those days?
It's proven that you are actually less likely to conceive when you are trying. Don't stress over it, try to even forget abut it and the chances of becoming pregnant are higher.
Although after 1 and a half years a visit to the doctor could be a good idea. He'll just make sure you're both working properly- reproductive wise.
talk to your OB GYN tell him what bothers you, and also let him examine you... you wont know whats wrong unless you get examined...
