working out

so I heard that when you wanna gain weight, it helps if you work out, just wanted to know if it’s really true??? I know that it will help you build muscle, but will it do anything else???

yes,definitly,me and sum guys go to te gym every monday after school for an hour and a bit. and we’ve noticed than we only loose a little per month. we’ve reaslized that b/c we foond oot that muscle weighs more than fat. but it does keep you healthy and fit

No. ,weight lifting makes you gain muscle and burn some fat making you gain weight with muscle, doing stuff like running will make you loose fat but not gain as much as muscle as weight lifting making you loose weight. Hope that helps.

lose weight and keeps you in good health!!! I dont think it makes you gain weight unless you are eating too much are high fats and stuff!!! and it really depends on what kind of workout your doing!!!

If you do cardio, you’ll go longer without getting tired, and to gain weight, you can use those protein bars
