At work a co worker goes out of her way to make me angry, and when I do get angry she runs to another co-worker and starts crying to her about the situation and then to another co worker, etc., . I am so tired of her going out of her way to pit people against me and never ever saying she’s sorry even though she knows she’s in the wrong, going to management does no good, all they say is that we all better get along or else it’s 3 days off and out to hr. I have been documenting things for the last couple of years in case I need it. How do I handle this person, I can’t quit my job!!!

Kill them with kindness. I had that exact same issue, and I completely ignored it. I became the bigger person. If it starts threats, then that it to your HR department. They should assist you especially if you mention that it is causing a hostile work enviornment. You can also try to switch departments or change your schedule if possible. But when around them, act nice to them. Sometimes people act in a way to see another person get all worked up. They seem to be an attention seeker…don’t let them win.

I don’t work with someone quite like that but she is a passive aggressive b!tch that really gets on my nerves. I don’t think she knows how do ask something nicely or say ‘hey could you not do that, its a bit annoying.’ She does everything passively aggressively. I ask her to do something and she will reply with something like ‘oh, sure I guess I can, I mean I don’t need a lunch or anything like that’. Just want to smack the b!tch some days!

deep breath Anyways…about the best thing I have come up with is to ignore her.

But she also gets on everyone’s nerves, so she can’t really pit people against me if I am b!tching about her, and both the boss’s know exactly what she is like, sadly she knows how to do the work and gets it done so they wont can her.
