Answer #1

everyone responds differently to workouts what I would reccomend and I use it from time to time is crossfit just go to their website it has a day by day workout and if your feeling up for it try the crossfit filthy fifty do it right you feel pretty good afterwards

Answer #2

running , squats, push press, weight lifts and my miracle …8 minute abs you can find on youtube do it 2 times a day, muscle wastes after 3 days so be consistant and drink loads of water also eat carbd before excericse and protein after so the muscle can repair itself , it works trust me its been 12 days for me so far and I see results

Answer #3

crunches, push ups, jogging, skippping but swimming uses every single muscle in your body, so thats a good workout to choose.

im 15 I been working out here and there between sports for over a year and I weigh 180 and can bench 240(150 more than what I started… okay if your on a “carbs are the devil diet” cut that sh*t out eat a lot of carbs and protein… if you go to a gym where there is equipment there is a lot of things you ned to know like not over training (only work a muscle group once a week [chest+calves monday, legs tuesday, shoulders wednesday etc.]) but dont over train… uhhh this is gonna be hard to explain just go to animalpak.com and print out a workout and read the articles they teach you EVERYTHING

Answer #5
