Work and more work

I’d speak to co-workers and see if they’ve been through it and any ideas/recommendations - whatever path you choose, use tact - jobs are scarce these days…Take care !!

Of course… you don’t get anywhere if you don’t ask. My mum always has this story about when she was 15 and worked in a launderettes. It was the school holidays and the boss gave her £3 less than her normal wage. So she was blunt and asked for the £3. Fortuantely the boss gave her the money plus a couple of pounds extra. So, go ahead and ask!

Yes jobs are very scarce these days like amblessed said. It’s a time of economic crisis and maybe you will not get a raise for a while considering the issue. I would just keep doing a good job and make it very noticeable that you can take on a bigger challenge.
