why won't my computer recognize my mobile plugged in?
You didnt say which mobile you have…. but in a lot of cases there is some extra programs you have to install on your computer before the phone is properly recognized.
There are some newer ones that dont need this, but most likely yours isnt one if you’ve asked this question.
