Why were women thought of as objects or, not persons to begin with?
what began this? what gave men the dominant, more powerful role in the world? was it the story of Adam and Eve?
I think it is because men are seen to be stronger, but in honesty I know many women who are stronger than men.
Society. They choose men over women because its believed that men are smarter & stronger than women.
Clearly its not the case but people believed it, thats why women are believe to only be good for having kids & cleaning.
Im proud to live in a point where men & women are equal are both can be successful .

Go back to the caveman…it was all about sex. They lived in clans to survive, but they bred more like animals. There weren’t any “marriages”…..all a woman had to do was bend over to dig some roots….and it was like a flag….LOL
Societies have kept it going….in a way. Women fare far better now, of course….part of that is refusing to BE treated as an object.
