Some people tend to eat a little bit more during the winter. Aside from festivities like Christmas, etc, sometimes you are so bored being stuck at home during winter you just eat. So try to watch out for the winter munchies.

There are plenty of exercises to do at home to keep you fit. You can jump rope, or do star jumps (it’s not just a crappy school gym exercise) for cardio. Use your own body weight for exercises like push ups, side bridge stretches, and the plank. There are endless things that you can do around the house, put your imagination to it!

I’m pretty sure every female on the planet does. I think the trick is finding the balance. I mean it’s like…halloween candy, then thanksgiving, then christmas…new years…not to mention all of the birthdays during this time. have a little cake…then the next day don’t. if you know you’re going to be drinking a lot of pop over the holidays, make it a rule to only have it once a day every other day. and opt out for water. don’t eat the average 5000 calories at thanksgiving dinner. eat all your vegetables FIRST and then the mashed potatoes and turkey. better to fill up on veggies.

just find a balance.

and don’t forget to exercise!!!

if you gain a winter 5 pounds…it’s no the end of the world. it should be easily lost in one month. tops.
