Will this stratagy make me lose weight?

I have quit drinking coke, and soft drinks (for the most part!) and I drink at least 2 bottles of water a day. I have also started running track, and working out at the gym, but I havnt really changed what I eat. Will this help me lose weight, even though I really dont watch what I eat? I mean I dont eat a lot of junk food, but I do love chocolate. any ways I want to lose like 20pnds. do you think that this will help?

you better believe it sister, cutting out anything high in sugars, carbs and fats will help. Excersize will too. Make sure you get enough fat though because fats and protiens are like our gasoline. They are the fuel for our bodies. So in order to feel good and healthy and loose that weight you want, kepp hydrated like you are going to and try grazing throughout the day instead of eating 3 big meals a day, have healthy snacks in between. that is good for the ol’ matabolism plus you won’t eat as much because you won’t be so starving hungry when you do eat your lunch or dinner. Do lots of cardio. make sure to break a sweat, otherwise you are only wasting your time. Also make sure you are using any gym equipment correctly, doing things the wrong way can injury yourself. if you do then the right way you recieve better faster results. son’t be afraid to weight train aslo. that will help target tone. the trainers at the gm usually give a free run through of everything. yes it wil but itll help if you dont eat junk food and when you do eat the serving size fruit is always good for losing weight because its mostly water.

it will help a bit. but, if you want to loose 20 pounds, you are going to have to change your diet. try not eating things that are saturated fats and sugars. or, just don’t have butter (or oil) with things you usually have it with, or cut snacks out of your diet. You shouldn’t drink bottled water. To produce all that plastic to make the bottles is so bad for the earth. Try a water bottle (and tap water). Good luck!

Peanut better is actually very healthy as long as you don’t eat a lot of it. Oils, such as olive oil, contain many amino acids and omegas. Peanuts also have poly and mono unsaturated fats, which are healthy!
