There is always a chance, especially since withdrawl is the least effective form of birth control. It takes a lot of practice, on behaf of the guy, before he can control his ejaculation. Even then, it is never safe. I’m not certain of the exact % chance of her conceiving, but I do believe it’s around 20%. It may be wise to invest in some form of birth control, to avoid another scare. You should do some online research, to discover which kind is best for you and your partner.
