Hi !!! im normally ejaculation thrice a week.... when im doing this ,, im gettin thin very fast and I feel like im loosing my strength. please please ,,, send me some informations regarding this problem. I want to know ,, is it really we loosing strength when we doing ejaculation .....
No you won't lose any strength by ejaculating, not even if you did it 10 times a week. In fact you might even get stronger if you do some weight training 2-3 times a week. Once you've ejaculated your body sends a signal to the brain telling it you need to replenish the sperm you lost. Then the brain sends LH hormone and FSH hormone to the Testes which causes the testes to produce more testosterone and more sperm. The testosterone hormone will help build your muscles and make them stronger if you are exercising, esp doing resistance type exercises like weight training. The FSH hormone will signal the testes to produce more sperm. BTW, most of the ejaculate is produced in the prostate gland, about 70-75 % of it. Anyway, 3 times a week is not any where close to being in excess, it's more like normal.
