Background prevent me from medical assistant job?
will having 2 dui’s and a soliciting thing on my background stop me from getting a job as a medical assistant? Im currently in school for ma but I dont want to waste my tyme if im not gon get hired?
Well, in the state that I live in (kansas), you can’t be a nurse or a doctor if you have a felony on your record. So, I don’t know about your state, but it’ll definately have an affect on what your employer will consider when hiring you for the job.
They probably won’t hinder you much unless any of them was a felony.
