think about this 1. are you taking up too much bandwidth or blocking him from the connection? no? then it aint illegal

  1. are you hacking? no? then again its not illegal
  2. do you pose as that person? no? then again it aint illegal

Unsecure or not the police will still class it and charge you with hacking. It’s just how they are, so pretty much if you’re not wanting to go to jail, don’t do it.
