Why don't my pictures show with my advice?
sometimes I put a pic’ with my advice, but it doesn’t always show.
geriann, the second line at the top of your browser should have the word ‘Help’. Click on that then click on ‘About Internet Explorer’. That will tell you the version. (This method will usually tell you the version of ANY program that has a ‘Help’ button.)
Incidentally, if there is no ‘Help’ button it’s because you don’t have your ‘Menu bar’ turned on. Just right click on an empty section of tool bar and check ‘Menu Bar’ and it will appear.
Lemme see if it works for me.
What browser / operating system, etc, are you using?
