Why wont it let me activate her go phone? please helpp!?
Okay, so my sister got this new go phone thing.. Shes already tried activating it once and she did it by herself..
But, now it wont let her put the $25 money card on it.
The card shes trying to put on it is the $25 dollar card that gives her unlimited text messages for 90 days..
Well, I got on the internet to try to put the card on, and it said the account was not active..
so I tried calling and it said the account was not active.
I tired activating it, and it said the account was not active.
We have no idea what to do. Can somebody pleeease help? thanks!
You need to call your company and get some help or file a complaint.This is bogus and it is also an error.
