why won't my acne go away?

Try cutting out/cutting down dairy products and opting for soy instead. I’m a vegan and I’d been vegetarian for a while before that and my skin is very clear. I’ve never had acne problems. Often the fats associated with dairy are just unneccesary as you can get the same vitamins and nutrients from soy milk and tofu products without ingesting all the fat and hormones.

Have your primary physician refer you to a dermatologist who specializes in helping people with acne and other skin conditions. My daughter who is almost 14 had acne really bad on her forehead starting around 3rd or 4th grade and when she hit puberty her whole face was and still is really bad. We had her Dr refer us and he gave her Retin-A amd an antibiotic cream and when she used them as she should, you can see a comsiderable difference. Try it, it may be very helpful for you.

Hey talk 2 your doctor about it if you haven’t already there are some prescription medicines that you can use to get rid of acne that are much stronger than the ones in drug stores. My sister used to have bad acne then she got prescribed some medicine and it’s gone now.

my friend had really bad acne and her doctor put her on birth control. it worked really well
