Why the Pilots walks fast on the way to Plane?
I have seen most of the times the pilots walks very fast ofcourse smartly on their way to the plane. Is there any technicla or historical meaning of it?
It may be he/she is expediting to ensure an ‘on-time’, scheduled departure or if engines are running nearby, not to get sucked in by propwash or engine intake suction…really, hard to say.
Have u Ever Though of It Being A Misson Lol Or Possibly They Are Training For Something Like If Its 9/11 all over again thats jsut and example then they need to be ready to get int he air fast. because they have to go through the pre flight check also.
Are we talking military or Commertial pilots?
They probably wait until the last second to board the plane, and they are walking fast to keep the flight on schedule.
Mostly I have seen the military pilots like the activities explained in the questions
