Why moving now??? Needing as much advice as I can get. pleasee?

so, my family isn’t doing good with money right and we are gunna have to move probally around december. we would be moving in with my grandma and even though my boyfriend lives with me here, he wont be able to go with though. im 16 and I love him so dont tell me I dont. he is 17 and we have been dating over a year. I dont want to leave him. but im not allowed to stay. what should we do? we dont wanna loose eachother and long distance is hard!

if its not far away then it wont be so bad you guys could see eachother once in a while and if he already lives wit you then why cant he go wit u?

he cant come with me because my grandma wont let him and it eight hours difference and he doesnt drive and I dont have a car.
