I've been trying to loose weight for a while. I exercise pretty much every day and I watch what I eat. I weigh myself once a week. One week I will loose 2lbs. The next week I've gained 1lb. The next week I've lost 3lbs. It's never a consistent weight loss or gain. I've only lost a total of like 7lbs, but I can see a big difference when I look in the mirror. What could I be doing wrong?
Loosing and gaining different amounts of weight while dieting is NOT UNUSUAL. It is completely normal. I would suggest maybe instead of having a specific diet try eating different amounts of calories each day... yes you will still gain every now and then but you will lose. You wont be able to lose everything you want to in just a couple weeks or so. It will take time. And once you get down to your goal. Dont think you can start eating more and slack off on exercise just because you have lost it,, you CAN gain it back. Also, try exercising with different routines. Maybe you have worked out one specific part of the body and it is at a healthy weight and you cant lose anymore. Hope this helps. <3 kayla
