I just got my period. And my friend just says 1 thing and I just "explode." It's getting annoying because my friend is all like, "God Ash, you're being SO hormonal!" I try to control what I say, and she knows that I have my period, but she really needs to chill out and understand what I am going through! What can I say to really make her understand?
I'm sorry, your period may be making your feelings more wacky, but that is absolutely no excuse to explode on other people. PMS does not give you a license to behave badly. And realize you're not the only one with a period. Almost every female over the age of 13 knows what you're going through.
tell her when she is a WOMAN and has her period she will know what you are going through. and say sometimes women have mood swings when they have there period and it is normal.
