Why are my nipples red in the morning?

One morning I woke up with both of my nipples sorta red and my heart was kinda beating fast what does this mean also I don’t know if this matter’s or not but im 14 so. I don’t know if thats a factor =P

There may have just been a lot of blood flow to the area due to your heart beating fast, and this could have made your nipples look more red than usual. I would not worry about it, maybe you had a bad dream, maybe you got turned on in your sleep (this is possible due to hormones at your age) or maybe you just woke suddenly? Any of these could cause your heart to beat fast, as can other things. Your nipples may appear to change colour and even shape at times as you develop, so try not to worry too much. Visit your GP about it if it is a long lasting problem and is stressing you.

I am sure there is nothing wrong though and this is just something natural :)

cause you got a case called resyaionphyamonia it sounds fake but its not you should call a doctor right away

Ummm sounds like you slept on your stomach and that’s what caused it
