Do you mean when you masturbate and you are almost at the verge of getting an orgasm? I dunno but I heard you should just let it go and pee. Don't worry you will not pee but will have a very intense orgasm! To make sure is not pee then go to the bathroom before you start.
every time when I have an orgasm it hurts to pee after so I make sure I pee before
you dont want to pee its just a feeling...but pee before having sex ..
