Why don't girls want to hang around with me

I’ve never had a girlfriend or even had a girl that liked me as a friend and im 14 I use to have friends but they left me in middle school because soemone started a rumor that im gay the only person I talk to is my sister’s boyfriend and im just like a bridge now they try to play pranks o eachother through me I dont have a social life I hate highschool and my life even my family calls me the most annoying person in the world

I have lived a similar life through high school and now I’m not sociable at all. well, on here is different. I have friends on here that are cool. it’s a scary situation you’re in right now: you are in a different place where you are not used to how the customs are. however, that doesn’t mean you have to be excluded from everything. it’s hard for some people to make friends; they’re afraid of rejection, they’re shy, etc. these are not that easy to overcome, but you just have to have self-confidence; that’s the first major step. second, be as nice to people as you can be. if you see someone that is struggling with something (carrying something heavy, attempting a hard problem, etc.) help them out or offer help. you won’t believe how well this strategy works.
