Why doesnt anyone answer my questions?

every time I REALLY need help with a question, especially the ipod/ own music thing, NOBODY answers it. I’ve been pretty upset. and then everybody elsegets millions of answers.

I dont know half the answers so I dont even bother saying anything becasue itwould put th eperson down

Maybe people just don’t have an answer for you…but if you really want answers, stop telling people ‘not to answer unless they REALLY know’ - that puts people off and makes them not want to help you.

It just depends. There are certain times during the day when there aren’t a lot of people online. Feel free to funmail me if you need any help or if no one is answering your question. If I don’t know the answer, I will try my best to find out. Sam
