He obviously likes you but don’t know how you feel . I think it’s better if you just sit him down and have a talk and make sure everything is clear that you do NOT like him , it might be hard . But it is best if you do it now .

Lol, he sounds sweet. He might like you. If you like him (which I assume you do because you are talking to him on msn), ask him if he wants to do something, just the two of you. It’s generally easier for shy people to have one on one conversations with people if they dont think there’s people staring at them. I’d try something low key, something low pressure like movies, or something that keeps you occupied so you dont have to talk non-stop.
