How much does age really matter?

I want your opinion on if age matters? Should age matter if your parents are okay with it.

Back to my story. I’m 17 going to be 18 in March and he just turned 23 in December. That is about 5 years apart. And we talked about sex. He wants to wait and so do I. We’re not virgins, but we discussed this and agreed that having sex is too soon. All in all I want your opinion on this.

It depends. You’re almost 18. You’re old enough to make your own decisions. At your age, 5 years isnt all that much.

age doesnt really matter except in the laws eyes… just make sure that you dont get yourself into trouble :)
