Why do you get cramps during exercise?

Whenever I go for my walks I get continuous stomach cramps (below the bellybutton) that last from about 10 minutes into the walk until an hour or so after. It feels like it is intestinal and the pain usually generates around to my lower back. It’s impossible to ignore. It’s almost like period cramps! Does anyone know why this happens?

Answer #1

I believe it’s because not enough air is circulating through your system. But I’m not sure…

Answer #2

you should strech befor you go.. I get the same exact thing. it doesn’t completly resolve but it helps. Also.. don’t over work youself. that might be an issue also. drink plenty of water.. and peanut butter ( eat it ). befor you go and drink as you go..
