Hmm... my dad gets ulcers a lot...they can be caused by bacteria... but it really depends on where you have them. Taking aspirin and eating spicy foods can make it worse (if it is in the stomach, esophagus, and intestines) You can look up ulcers on wikipedia.com and they have all kinds of info. you can consult your doctor for any meds that can help take care of them!
Usually acidic or overly spicy food can cause them. You can purchase an ointment at your local pharmacy to help numb them while they heal.
